VIBE
The Vibe service is suited to someone who has some basic knowledge and experience tracking nutrition, but would benefit from some accountability and more targeted guidance to support reaching their goals.
Includes:
An initial in depth 30 min call with your coach to establish and align your goals
Complete in app access and communication, including but not limited to food journaling, progress photos, coach check in, forms, and habit tracking.
Personally tailored macro or portion calculations with ongoing adjustments.
Simple weekly written check in analysis, assessing markers such as mood, sleep, energy, recovery, stress, digestion, performance, and hunger levels. Receive custom adjustments as required, lifelong nutrition tips, habit implementation, and consistent touch points to help you stay on track with your goals. (Less detailed than Drive)
Meal and recipe guidance
Work with your coach to formulate a plan that meets you where you are, and teaches you how to eat to achieve your unique goals. (Examples: Fueling for a competition or learning how to eat for shift work)
Access to our in-app community group to engage with members, ask questions and advice from our group of coaches, and communicate with likeminded people who are chasing goals just like yours.
Macro tracking and non tracking available
With this service, direct contact with your coach will be limited to your weekly check in or food journals, or through community forums in the app.

DRIVE
MOST POPULAR
The Drive service is ideal for someone looking for everything included in Vibe, but also requires more in depth engagement, accountability, and planning with their coach. As a Drive client you will also have direct access to communicate with your coach outside of check in times.

PRE-CONCEPTION

Unlock your reproductive capacity with a personalised analysis of your current lifestyle and dietary habits.
Why? Because, fertility is a side effect of optimal health, because a child's health in adulthood starts with pre-conception, and because a mothers postpartum status starts in pre-conception. Nutrition and lifestyle habits in the pre-conception phase, before actively trying to conceive, can have a direct impact on egg and sperm health, balancing hormones, influencing the epigenetic expression of DNA, and establishing the most receptive and best possible host environment for pregnancy. It is recommended to implement changes at least 3 months prior to “trying”, with an ideal lead time of 12 months.
